Day Guest Information
If you are coming as a Day Guest instead of through the Motel Packages please note the following:
*Price of tree- $50.00 up to 7ft.
*Extra height- $8.00/ft above 7ft.
*Extra trees- $45.00 up to 7ft.
*Hayride included in the price of the tree.
*RRR Tree Farm includes two farms: Laurel Knob and Todd. Both farms do not operate every day. We will try to post each farm's dates of operation on this page when they are known. You can email or call me a week in advance to get that information for sure.
*Be aware that we are always busiest with Motel Guests on Sat. and Sun of Thanksgiving weekend and the following weekend.
*Sign ordinances for the town of Boone may prohibit us from having our traditional RRR sign at the intersection of Highways 421 and 194N. this year. That is where you turn North on Highway 194 in the eastern edge of Boone. About 5 mile north on 194, headed toward Todd, you will pick up the RRR signs directing you to the farms.

*Customers who decide to come at the last minute (a day of operation) may have difficulty contacting us by email or phone. We are likely to be working in the fields. You can try however; we try to keep someone in the office to handle phone calls. Try my cell phone: 336-877-0554. Remember cell service in the mountains is not reliable.

Dec. 8, 9 *Times of operation will vary some. Generally, you can be assured we will be open from 9 to 2. Usually we open earlier and stay later. Please arrive by 2:00pm because it will take you about 2 hours on the farm, and it gets cold and dark early.
Please help us protect the little trees; these are the trees for the future, and we've been growing these trees for 5 years before they are planted in the field.
